Thank god its Friday!!! This morning I dragged myself out of bed, and I mean DRAGGED myself out of bed for 6kms easy run. I felt really tired this morning... not sure if my body is that tired or it was because I was straight out of bed. After about 2kms I felt a lot better and got into a nice rhythm.... must have woken up by then. It was lovely and cool and slightly sprinkling which was a nice change from yesterday. I felt crappy like this last Friday and then had a great run on Saturday... fingers crossed history repeats itself :-) Tommorow is 10km Striders race and then 30km run on Sunday.
