Nothing exciting to report today. I was meant to swim this morning but opted for more sleep and then headed off to the physio before work. He worked me really hard.... Yes I have glutes! He got me doing some isolation exercises designed to get the glutes firing.... well they did and proceeded to shake like a plate of jelly haha. But they are there... so something to work on!! The gym this afternoon- it was so humid I was drenched! I again focused on my butt and abs- I am sure to feel it tommorow. The hip is feeling no where near as sore, but still very stiff in the lower back- but heading in the right direction. So hopefully another few days and then I will be back into the swing of things :)
Plan for tommorow... more of the same! Off to the pool and the gym :)
