What a Blah day! It started with not getting out of bed for my hills session this morning and I have struggled to feel motivated or interested in much all day! I am desperarte for my holiday... so work is painful! I forced my self to put on my running gear and ran 6km in 30mins on the treadmil at the gym... now that was punishment for not getting up this morning! I found the treadmil sooo boring! Give me the outdoors any day. I finished off with my weights and ab routine.... tick- done. It was certainly more of an effort than something I usually really enjoy..... I am putting my flatness down to mondayitis and stress related to mum.

That's good going on the treadmill Katie. Not only is it boring but don't you think it seems harder to go faster? I sure do.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling flat today. You have had a huge weekend - not to mention the fact that it was Monday!! Hope your Tuesday is a little better.

I know exactly what you mean about blah days - I think I had a week of them last week! Fortunately this week is looking a little better *touch wood*. Its not long till you rholiday - you lucky thing!

I wimped out yesterday too.. Monday's are tough going sometimes! At least you did 30 mins on the treadmill so you weren't as slack as me :)
