When the alarm went off at 4:40am this morning I was seriously questioning my sanity! I dragged myself to Centenial Park feeling really unmotivated. Work has been really busy and some personal suff has been stressing me out ++ so I was feeling really flat today. That is until I met up with Deanne, Bernie, Kulinda, Kerry, Bec, Horrie and Belinda. We had a really great run! The sun was up early and the park was full of runners and walkers and all the cute little baby swans! By the time I got to my desk this morning I felt great.... shame I have to stay at work though ;-) It took me a few kms to warm up after I found some new ab muscles which were complaining about last nights fit ball class!! Once they stopped whinging the run was a really comfy pace. Overall we covered 13.5km in 1hr 15 mins. Average pace 5:35/km.

Good effort to get up that early; pays dividends. You'll have an ab. six-pack in no time.
Those baby swans are delicious on the electric BBQ, easy to catch.
yeah work sucks doesn't it? Great to hear some bubbly enthusiasm about the start of a work day though.
Watch out for those baby swans - they'll turn into narky menaces with attitude soon enough ;)
4.40am ! Week done kit.
There is a mean old goose that lives near the York/Darley Road pond. He has pecked me twice now. DJ should do us all a favour and put him on the electric for Xmas.
It was indeed a great way to start the day. You wouldn't have known that you woke up feeling bluesy. I just love the enthusiasm you tackle your running with. Great stuff Kit!
I didn't know the sydney swans had drafted any recuits yet?
4.40am??? I'm wondering a tad about your sanity too Kit ;-)
Good on you for getting out there and doing it in such fine style!
Mr Don Juan....tut tut:) You know kit wont touch them unless they are soy swans!
Kit, i have a six pack....you cant see it for the dancing muscle, but one day, it dreams of making an appearance...I kill me sometimes:)
