Slept in this morning...... enjoyed each lovely exra minute! No running today, even though my program says 40mins.... I felt like a rest. I went to the gym instead and did some upper body and core stability stuff. I am planning on taking it easy the next few days, eat well and get enough sleep. I will run at the park tommorow with Sean and ? a swim to loosen up. I am feeling really sore from Yoga last night... I had myself in knots literally :)
3 sleeps to go :)

I can relate to feeling sore after yoga - I was like that on Wednesday after yoga tuesday night. I don't know about you but I am so inflexible that I do end up tied up in knots and it takes me forever to get out of them! Only 2 sleeps to go!
