I met Deanne and Bernie this morning at the park for our 30min run. We started running on the outside of the park as the sun started to come up and then finished off on the inside loop. It was really cold to start with and it felt hard to breath the air and we were puffin along like steam trains... hehe at least I was! A bit of chatter about up coming races and me trying to egg Deanne on for a big run at the striders 10km :-) We will need out winter woolies tommorow at Lane Cove.... gets a tad frosty this time of year!

Its been raining here for the last 2 days now so I have had to put my run off until Sunday. What a shame! Though I did go to the gym thismorning so I have done something today 0:-)
