" I see red, I see red, I see red..."

Today:7km
Week:38km
Month: 71km
Year: 1292

I am still singing from last nights Split Endz concert... what a buzz! I bought these tickets for Ray as a thankyou for all his marathon support, and they were fantastic! After a late night to bed I was less than enthusiastic when the alarm went off at 5am.... but I had promised to meet a friend at the bay so up I got. It was a great run.... lots of catching up as we cruised around the bay. The rain just sprinkled and it was really lovely as the sun started to rise over the bay. I felt great... still buzzing from the night before. We did 7.2km in 38mins, averaged about 5:20/km which felt nice and comfy. I am looking forward to the cross country tommorow.... hopefully it is not pouring for the run.... some of the down hills are steep so I might end up on my bum!

Yikes, running a hilly cross country in the rain. 'I Hope I Never' have to do that :-)

Life's good!

I know what song will be going through my head for the next few hours.

'History never repeats' except when it comes to getting up early for a run, you're showing your 'true colours' there Kit. See you tomorrow at Sydney Park, I'll try to be 'one step ahead'.
