I met up with Ali and Bernie this morning and we had pefect run around the Bay. We started in the dark and cruised around chatting while the sun came up.... could not start a Friday any better! It was great to just plod along taking it easy and just enjoying running. I felt a little bit stiff in the hamstring and calf, but that warmed up really quickly. Off to see Easy Tiger tonight so he will iron out all the bumps. Tommorow I will head into the CR 5km but I am going to just have a bit of a walk. I think 3 days in a row would be asking for trouble. It is a bit boring being this sensible...... I will have to create some havoc at home ;-) So so far so good :-)

Oh and I see you have racked up the 1200km mark, congratulations - I'm never going to catch you now ;-)
A sensible Kit is a an uninjured Kit. 16 weeks to go girl - keep your eye on the target :-)
And yes, you are just going to have to create some madness at home ;-)
