More of the same...

Sunday was a rest day and a lovely sleep in, followed by mothers day stuff. My lovely sister lent me her bike as mine falls out of gear all the time which is really annoying! So today I rode to work as my boycott against peterol.... some how I don't think they will care. This evening was a spin class and the gym, which is becoming a routine. I am going to run again tommorow and see how it all feels. I ran on Thurs and Sat and had no pain running, but it is still achy and tight right down the right side, so not 100%. I am just playing it by ear and I will take more time off if it doesn't improve. So I will be on cheer duties on Sunday.... even if I feel a million times better by sunday 21km is stretching the friendship. So get ready guys... DJ, Flakey, 2p etc I am going to be loud and embarrassing~ I am getting good at cheering :-)

I love a loud woman. Hope the body does the right thing.

Hope you find some of those clacker things along to avoid injuring your hands from too much clapping.

When is the CR cheer squad posting details of where you will be? Or is it the corner going up the Argyle Cut again? If no clacker get a metal saucepan with a soup poon. Makes a loud noise.

I haven't seen anything about the cheer squad - you'd better get organising or you'll be all on your lonesome :-)

I'll look forward to seeing you there.

As Roy and HG would say "bang em together"

I can't think of any greater motivation - thanks Kit - look forward to seeing you out there ;-)

I'll be cheering as usual and was thinking of being down on the finishing stretch on Hickson Road as there's not many people down there. I'll catch up with you later in the week to liaise!
