1800-kitkat

Today: 10km
Week: 10km
Month: 185km
Year: 815km

Well I still have my throaty, husky voice better suited to a 1800 number! I woke up this morning feeling like a bus had hit me. I was sore and stiff and there was no way I was going for a run, but as the day progressed my legs loosened up and I headed out this afternoon after work. It had clouded over and there was a nice breeze... so depite it being in the 30's today it was quite pleasant to run. I had 10km on the program and decided to again practice 5:30/min pace. I plodded along listening to my music, explored a few new streets and clocke up 10km in 53:30. Surprisingly I did not feel as fragile as last weeks monday run, but my left quad was a little niggly by the time I had finished. So I will get the golf ball into it tonight and keep an eye on it. My quads are quite developed and tend to get a bit tight and stick to my ITB.... just needs to be massaged and loosened. So I finished feeling really happy... I thought this run would be really uncomfortable and was ready to pull the pin early, but overall felt pretty good.

Time:53:30
Average Pace: 5:20/km
