As promised Sunday was a rest day... much appreciated!
I am feeling alot better today, my cold is almost gone :) I decided to give hills a miss this morning and get back to the park on Wednesday. I am itching to go for a run, but gave myself another no running day. I had a great swim in the rain...rainbow and all! I swam 30 laps in 34mins... alternating fast laps and slow ones. I was also alternating between using my upper body more for one lap and strong kicking for the other lap- obviously the strong kicking coincided with mt faster lap :) I have no idea if this helps anything with swimming but it was fun.
Yeah... I will go for a run tommorow and then back to the park on Wednesday!
