Track....

Today: 10km
Week: 23km
Month: 10km
Year: 1840km

This morning we had 5 x 1km reps with an active recovery. I did a warm up and the drills and really struggled on the strides. The hamstrings felt really tired. I was pretty happy with the session today.... the splits were pretty even and all got quicker each rep. Helen was running really well and we were all chasing her.... on the last rep I egged her to try and do a sub 4:00, which she managed- very exciting! The last two were tough as the hamstrings were really tired and let me know about it the whole way :-) I was happy to not get lapped by Mark on the last rep ;-)
1km- 4:39, 4:36, 4:35, 4:32, 4:28

Katie - you looked really strong out there today (of course i always think you do)! it seems like everyone struggled on the drills today and then picked it up once we got into it. have a good day!

Its great to see that those kms got consistenly faster. Such nice work backing up from your run last night Kit. How do you do it!

And good on you for encouraging others. I know how much it helps me. No wonder Razor is doing so well :-)

Nice consistent reps. I'm predicting a big PB on Saturday. I reckon low 46's based on those times.

I couldn't lap anyone. I was finishing last.

I know a great drink called Belgian cherry beer.
