Today:14km
Week: 35km
Month: 284km
Year: 934km
It was cold and wet this morning and we were huddled under a tree at Centenial Park thinking that the doona was a much nicer option. But as we do not melt in the rain we headed off hoping it would ease up... which it did :-) It drizzeled for most of the run but it was really quite nice. We went from 17km to 14km this morning, which was also very nice :-) We ran the big outside loop of the park, moore park and then an inside loop of the park. We ran at a good pace this morning and really picked up the pace for the last two km's. It felt really nice to stride out at the end of the run. I must admit that the hot shower was much appreciated! Oh and the cup cake Allison made was very yummy! Overall 14kms cevered in 74mins~ average pace 5:16/km.

Way to go Kit. Seems like its either raining or humid these days in Sydney. Wow, I see your building up another huge month of kms run!
Wow you are really starting to fly - I can see that 1,000k mark for the year is coming up too - very impressive Kit ;-)

Looking good Kit. 14km & you're just warming up these days.
Happy Birthday for yesterday Kit! I was having one of those "sick" days that you suggested a couple of weeks ago :) hope the year is absolutely fantastic!!!!
Another good one Kit. Keep 'em coming.
Wonder when where your 1000th km will be?
Happy birthday for yesterday Kit. We had a holiday here in Japan to mark the occasion ;-)
Sounds like you are enjoying the taper. Wait 'til the last week and you will not enjoy the lack of running I fear.
Happy birthday for Tuesday - hope you had a great day and was spoilt.
This taper period is really good isn't it - you appreciate teh dwindling kms!
