I had an easy 6km this morning... very nice :-) I think I wa still asleep for the first 2kms. It took me a while to warm up yhis morning- I did my glute exercises last night and they felt really tired this morning. I went exploring some new streets today and finally found a way to sneak onto the golf course :-) I have always ran past thinking how nice it would be to run along the fence on the nice grass but could not find a gap in the fence... woo hoo found it this morning. It was such a nice morning- cool and breezy and no sun!

Good luck tomorrow. I hope to see you there, I am unsure if I will run or not. However, Blue Dog tells me I cannot race enough.
Just be careful of golf balls. It can be difficult to explain a black eye ;-).
And obviously you found how to get back out again!
Best of luck for tomorrow Kit ;-)
I'm assuming you found another hole in hte fence at the other end of the course, or did you just stroll through the members lounge?
Carefull Kit, if you run through a hazard on the golf course you must:-
stop, move to the side of the hazard, drop your CR cap and then proceed with your run from where the cap landed. ;-P
See you tomorrow.
Finding a back-door entrance into a golf course is like striking gold.
I once ran on a private members golf course so often I got warned off and then bought a green t-shirt for camouflage!
Six foot is 2nd week of March.
I had an easy 10km this morning, after not running the last few days. Like you I was slow to start with but things improved and I had a really good run.
Thanks for that song title - I'm planning on putting it on my ipod!
Hope that's not the same golf course I got led into once .... we had to climb a six foot high fence to get out again :-)
See ya in the morn!!!!
Good luck for tomorrow. Sorry I won't be there to cheer you on!
