Tired legs!!!

I could not quite entice Ray to training this morning.... which is probably sensible, I don't want to break him too quickly! We had hill reps this morning and my legs were feeling the effects of last nights gym session. Sean said for Bernie and I to do 5.... others had 6 or 7 (yuck!). The first rep felt pretty crappy.... my hamstrings were feeling pretty tired. My legs felt tired, but I coped pretty ok on the uphills. I did not feel like my heart was going to explode quite as much as usual :-) The plan was to do each rep faster than the one before. I used Kulinda and Helen as my markers and tried to chase them down each rep. Finished feeling pooped and sooo happy I only had 5!

Great to see you get a new shiny half PB Kit. Now don't go breaking your poor husband. He's got plenty of time for that.. let him enjoy his injury virginity for at least a few months.

What am I some sort of toy? It would take more than some small run to break me. But you know being on holidays and all I think I deserve a rest! :) ha ha!

Looks like you've recovered pretty well from Sunday Kit, hitting the hills already.
