Relaxed 7km run this evening, felt really great! I ran a loop from home, covered the 7km in 38mins which was really comfortable. The legs felt great, thanks to a great massage from Easy Tiger.... he found a few sore spots and sorted them out. Nothing exciting to report... it must have been a bit chilly, once I stopped to stretch I had steam coming off my entire body! I always knew I was hot stuff ;-) pitty about the sweat though!
