No tears...

Well there were no tears and I managed to not drop Alex in the holy water :-) We had a fantastic day and despite teething Alex was wonderful in the church..... all the time for that matter :-) I will get Ray to put some photos on for me. This morning I headed to the bay with Ray to do some secret training for the CR challenge next week. It will be his first one and he was keen to sus it out. I felt really heavy in the legs after yesterdays efforts and Ray was bounding along next to me obviously finding the run a breeze. I can not believe how well he is doing. Any way he dragged me around for ten kms in 52mins averaging 5:15/km. This was quicker than I intended and I had to tell Ray to run ahead for the last 2 kms because I was struggling to keep up...... hehehe I had better get used to that I think!!! So I can' t wait for next week when I will get to chase him down.... a bit like the old days :-) I am getting ready to get my butt kicked...... can't wait!!
