Another nice easy 4km this morning. The plan is for this week and next week all my runs are to be at a realaxed pace to allow my body to recover. Sean said to play it by ear and let my body dictate how it was feeling. It was nice and cool this morning and the cockatoos were going crazy! I had a few little niggles in my feet this morning but other than that so far so good. Again today I was happy to be only running 4kms. I was feeling great and then at 4kms I felt tired~ finished off with a nice walk and stretch. Now in the spirit of spending time with my mum this week I have agreed to take her to the Easter show today **gulp** so for someone who does not like crowds it could be an interesting day :-) A few people asked if Sean was happy with our results.... he was ecstatic also! It felt nice to think we had made hime a little proud :-)

Good to see you moving again Kit, good luck with the job too ;-)
I don't think I ran much the first week after Canberra last year. But I was injured during the race though. But it is good to relax after a huge effort. Don't go for too long SMH Half awaits.
I had a great time at Sean's session - even though I was totally buggered.
I am definitely coming back for more on Tuesday.
