Because I have nothing else exciting to blog I am awarding my previous post as "the blog with the most typos". I counted 7....... there could be more? Can any one beat that? I stop running for three days and it all goes down hill! Now Gronk asked how do you stretch nerves.... with difficulty. I am doing two- one is too hard to describe, but the other involves sitting on the edge of a chair, slumping your back raising one leg and then lowering your head. When your head is lowered you can reproduce the nerve pain. When you lift your head it goes away. So you basically do that 10 times. It all sounds weird to me, maby it is something to do to make me feel better for having to spend $70. No he is a really great physio with a rehab focus.... so I trust him. Hey he's fixed me before :-) and got my glutes strong enough to run a marathon!
Nothing else to report, just keeping sane on the spin bike. In all seriousness a spin class is as close as you can get to the buzz of running and certainly gives you a good cardio.
Flakey... we will see about the half! I might hold you to the "I'm with stupid shirt" :-)

Sorry to hear you are out of action for 8 days Kit. But at least you can do heaps of other stuff and no doubt you will come back totally refreshed.
I'd trust anyone who could give me fantastic glutes.

I needed a nerve this morning when my neck decided to crick itself in one spot and is still sore. I think I can get a t shirt from paddys markets.
