Feeling Great!

Tuesday 6th March

Today: 8km
Week: 11km
Month:49km
Year:759km

I slept like a log last night and woke this morning feeling great.... apart from an imagined sore throat that disapeared very quickly! Went to training this morning and the rest of the group had 10 laps of Big Bertha and we had 6 relaxed. It is so nice being able to just run without any pressure to run hard. I felt really great this morning and averaged 2:05 per lap. Again these times are about my quickest but happened without a lot of effort this morning- exciting!! Then once I finised I was encouraging some of the others.... I felt like I was jumping out of my skin a little. I am going to have a massage tonight and have one more day at work.... woo hoo! I am having Thursday and Friday off to relax at home. I can't wait...... it was the perfect excuse for a break from work ( much needed!!)

Enjoy the rest of the week Kit. You won't be able to contain yourself once you hit the bottom of Nellies!

Great 10k Saturday. Use that speed along the Black Range :)
