Well I finally got a morning that I could sleep in, as I planned to do my easy run this evening... and yes you guessed it I slept like crap and only just started to feel I was in a deep sleep as the alarm went off- typical! So I set out from home this evening with i-pod on and planned to not look at the watch and just run how I felt. So I was pretty happy when I finished to see I had run 6km in 30:10- averaging 5:05min/km. It felt very relaxed and I certainly was not pushing it. My splits were: 5:30, 5:06(uphill), 4:56, 5:06 (uphill), 4:52, 5:00 (uphill). So I finished feeling pretty fresh and happy. I stretched and finished with my glute and ab exercises. Now for some dinner!!!

Good session - and good times for an easy run, probably better than mine this morning. I don't have a garmin to save embarassment.
Obviously Wild Wally workouts agree with you judging by your pace uphill!
Have a good weekend - how far are you running for your long run? I'm up to 32km which I'll do on Sunday. Tomorrow its 5km - looking forward to it :-)
