I just thought I should pop in and say Hi! Life has been pretty hectic recently and fitting it all in can be a juggling act and unfortunately the blog was the first to be sacraficed. Between running, work, family and the violin..... fitting in the blog reading and updating is hard! Things are great at the moment and I am loving my running and enjoying being able to share it with Ray. So the blog will be a little quiet for a while but I will try and pop in and update.
Nothing too exciting at the moment.... just lots of running. I am feeling back to my usual self and am really enjoying it. I am aiming for the Central Coast half and 6 ft track.... and a few other races inbetween.
Watch this space.......

Keep a record of your six foot training. You'll wonder how you did it by the finish-line.
Hope you're aiming for the Opera House too.
DJ is right.... some things should be recorded for posterity.
But if you don't have time to blog maybe you could just play the violin while I write mine - it would be appropriate ;-)
I think I saw someone that looked like you at Lane Cove on Saturday. I'll see you at Central Coast half if not before.
Kit, just get Ray to blog on your behalf. It works for my too-busy wife :-)
Gnome
I'll keep watching :-)
Have fun out there.
Well you could always scale back the Family commitments...those cranky bastards!!!!
Anyway, go hard with the training, and the rewards will come.
BTW, you seemed off tonight...hope all is ok.xx
Bloglines will be on the lookout for me Kit.
Ummmm, I suppose suggesting scaling back the violin practise would be asking a bit much?
I agree with the recording of your SFT training experiences - I want to compare (like Canberra Marathon!). And the violin is definitely playing in CJs household because I'm sick.... :-(
Lovely to meet you at the Goat Race...hope you make it down for the next one!

Can't believe how slack you are.
Hopefully you're still getting these emails even if you aren't blogging because I wasnted to say
*** MERRY CHRISTMAS ***
to you and Ray.
Happy 2007! No doubt we will catch up then.
I hope you & Ray have a wonderful Christmas. May the coming year bring you both much joy, love & laughter.
Merry Christmas Kit
