Ray and I ran with Bernie this morning for a nice easy 5km (average pace 5:45/km). We ran a loop through Scarborough Park in Ramsgate which is always really pretty. There is a nice track that runs through trees and is really soft underfoot..... I always feel like a Hobbit- I fantasise that I am elf like....but definately a Hobbit :-)

That's a lovely piece and it's great going to see events at the Opera House.
Well done on another PB too! We were at the athletics as well.. it was a great evening.
